TN2 Generators Cost Savings Analysis

The purpose of this form is two-fold. First, the information gathered can be used to size an appropriate TN2 Nitrogen Generator and provide quotation. Second, if your current gas or liquid nitrogen usage information is provided under section C, a Cost Savings Analysis can be prepared that will allow you to determine the suitability of onsite generation versus outside supply.   • Nitrogen Application Information

    For applications requiring a more or less continuous flow of nitrogen, please provide all of the information requested in section A and then move to section C. For intermittent filling applications, please provide all of the information requested in section A, subsection number 1, and section B and then move to section C.

  • A. Continuous Flow Application

  • 1. Compressed Air (Air) Source - nitrogen generators require a source of compressed air. If a compressed air source does not exist, please indicate your preference in the first box and move to subsection number 2.
  • 2. Nitrogen Requirement - this must be determined either from data provided by the manufacturer of the equipment that will be using the nitrogen or from direct measurement of current usage. If no measurement device is available, please contact us regarding our onsite measuring equipment at (888) 722-5253. It is generally wise to build in some room for future growth in the nitrogen flow requirement.

  • B. Vessel or Chamber Fill Application

    This includes any application where a defined space (volume) is to be positively pressurized or filled with nitrogen. It could be a tank, vessel, oven or other storage or process chamber. For applications where rapid and repeat filling is required, please consult factory at (888) 722-5253.

  • C. Cost Comparison Information

    The purpose of this section is to gather information on any existing use of supplied nitrogen in the form of gas cylinders, liquid dewars or bulk nitrogen tanks. Please fill in the information for only those subsections that are applicable.
